I don't commonly do app reviews, but this one frustrated me. The app communications are confusing. Beginning, subsequently requesting to transfer 2 tix to the person I bought them for, I got an email saying "[Firstname Lastname] hasn't accustomed the ticket you transferred..." Simply the proper name it listed was MY proper name, non the person to whom the transfer should go. The next day I got the same email twice simultaneously. I did purchase two tix, and my friend had not yet accepted the transfer, but why two emails? Does my friend have to accept each ticket separately? When my friend did have the transfer, I received an electronic mail saying my friend had "claimed the ane ticket you transferred for the following effect..." Wait a minute, I transferred Two tickets. Why does the email say "i ticket"? Take no fear, there'due south a link in the email where I can view the completed transfer. Ugh! Later several tries, the link DOES Not WORK. But look, there's a phone number in the email you can call for help. Tried it. On hold forever while I worked in the kitchen. I finally gave up on that. That's non all! The app currently states that the tix were transferred on March 14, 2019. Not truthful! That's the date I requested the transfer. They weren't actually transferred until my friend accepted the transfer two days afterward.
The tix I purchased were not inexpensive. I would expect the venue would apply an electronic ticketing system that's not so disruptive and confounding. Two thumbs down.

Non An Easy Switch

I've used the Flash Seats app for years with no problems. Recently, later making a buy I was informed that AXS would exist taking the identify of the discontinued Flash Seats app constructive 8/30. I didn't have a problem with the transition until I downloaded AXS and attempted to login. Information technology was explained that if you had Flash Seats so y'all already had an account in AXS waiting for you. Understandably, you'd only take to reset your countersign and then yous'd have access to all your account content.
Unfortunately, after I downloaded this horrible app, it wouldn't allow me to sign in. I requested a password and followed the instructions, but that didn't resolve the state of affairs. Every time I attempt to sign in, after creating a new password with my already existing email address on file, I'm told that There is an account error and I demand to be redirected to the help page or alive chat. At that point I'm told information technology is "cookie" related and I can't proceed in Safari without changing my settings. The only problem is, I'yard not using Safari and then it should make a difference. I'k annoyed with this awarding and don't even care to resolve the issue.
I'g going to actually miss the piece of cake utilise of Wink Seats. Too bad it makes you give this app at to the lowest degree one star on the review. This app is absolute garbage!!!
